| Owner to supply Surveyors site plan and contour survey, however in some cases if contour survey has not been completed, site levels may be sufficient. |
| Structural Engineers certification of wall framing and roof trusses provided after ordering. |
| You will need to engage a Consultant/s for site related detail preparation. This will include Geo-Tech report (Soil Test), footing design, Site wind classification, sub-floor bracing details and site excavation/retaining plans if required. |
| In some areas, local Councils require a site specific Bushfire assessment be completed. |
